are you burnt out? Have you ever been burnt out, fried, toasted? Ever hear anybody say,
man, I'm toasted. I'm toast. I can't do that right now. I can't handle that right now. I can't
be a part of that right now. No, I just can't. I got to, I know I got to back down. I got to have
boundaries. God, I'm burnt out big time, right? Or what about if you're not feeling good, you're
not feeling good. You go to a doctor or something and all of a sudden they give you this thing,
where you're just burnout.
Yeah, you're burnt.
You've got the burnout syndrome.
Just go take a vacation.
Take a sabbatical.
Okay, sure, I'll do that.
My life's so great.
I can just take a year off from everything.
Let me go do that.
I'll go to an island somewhere
and just take a whole year off
and fix my burnout, right?
That's another way you can look at it too.
You guys, we're day three
of the Medical Me and Brain Saver Challenge.
I'm glad you guys are here.
Picture a swimming pool.
that swimming pool looks amazing it's got glistening water in there it's reflecting off
the sunlight you're hot got your swimsuit on you want to dive in you want to jump in
but you notice when you walked up to the pool the level's down the water's down a couple of feet
and you're like wait a minute what is this and then so you go get the hose you put the hose in
the pool you turn on the hose you got water coming in you're like that'll take care of it
You go inside for a little bit, you come back out, you're like, I'm ready to take that swim.
And the water's lower. Meanwhile, there's water going into the pool, but the water's even lower.
And what's happening is the water in the pool is draining out of the pool faster than the fresh
water is coming into the pool. And eventually that water goes down to the bottom of the pool
and to the bottom, even with water flowing in. So what does that mean? Well, let's talk about it.
Here's a brain right here. You're using your brain. You're using your brain. You're going
through life. You're stressed out. A lot's happening in your life. You're just going,
going, going. You're working. You're playing. You're doing whatever. And you're utilizing all
the resources inside the brain. All the resources are being utilized, utilized, utilized.
realize that's the water in the swimming pool. It's draining. You're draining your glucose
reserves. You're draining all your antioxidants. You're draining all your phytochemical compounds.
You're draining all your brain hormones. All of it's leaving and then you're eating food.
You know, you're taking a few supplements. If someone says, hey, take this, you're doing
the foods you're doing. You're doing what you like, but not enough is going back into
the tank. Not enough is going back into the swimming pool. Not enough is going back into
the brain. Too much is leaving the brain. And then you get up, you get up one morning
and you're feeling it. I need more caffeine now. I need another cup of coffee. I need
double expressos. I need a stimulant because I need to shake out of this. I'm getting kind of
foggy. I'm not thinking right. Something's wrong. I'm getting tired. I need a nap. Something's not
feeling good. And it starts to hit. But what's incredible, it doesn't mean it's going to hit
right when it's all happening in your life. You could go years where the tank is draining.
You can go years where literally your brain is draining of the resources it holds and harbors.
and it's draining as the years go by. And then you wake up one morning and something happens.
You know what I've seen? I've seen people do something in their life where they're happy.
They're on vacation. Maybe things are working out for them. They love their life. Maybe they
have a new relationship. Maybe they just got married. Maybe they just purchased a house
together. They're starting a family. Life has never been better for them. Or maybe they're
just somebody that got a new job. So everything's perfect to them because they got this great job
or somebody that just wakes up one morning and they're like, Hey, you know, life is pretty good
right now. Not a lot of bads happening. It's all good. I can do this. And all of a sudden,
then a problem starts and that person saying, wait a minute, wait a minute. This doesn't make
sense. I'm happy now. I'm happy. Why am I having these problems? I better go find a doctor.
I better go find a therapist.
I better go find an MD.
I better go find a naturopath.
I better go find a healer because I'm happy.
My life's going good for the first time.
My life has never been better.
It's doing great.
I met a good person.
Life is good.
All is happening.
I got a good job.
I'm not stressed out so much, but I'm dealing with this extra tiredness, this confusion,
this little bit of brain fog, kind of a sadness inside of me, a little bit of depersonalization.
or I got these other symptoms that are neurological because I went to a third
neurologist and that neurologist said, you got something that's nerve related. And why is this
happening to me when my life is going good? I'm feeling good right now. It could be one of those
people because what's happening here is we're losing reserves. We're losing the things we need.
We're losing the things that run our brain.
It's the burnt out deficient brain we're talking about, you guys.
Let's get into it a little bit right here.
So burnout is very much real.
It really is.
People get burnt out.
What is truly something that's very confusing at the same time, because here's how it works with burnout.
As we're getting burnt out, we're starting to doubt ourselves.
We're starting to judge ourselves.
Like, am I weak? What's going on here? Like, how come I can't get everything I want done? How come I can't push my boundaries all the way? How come I can't do everything I ever wanted to do? I have these stopping points. I have the shut off switch. You know, I crash easy. I shut down easy. It's really confusing because we doubt ourselves. We doubt our soul. We doubt who we are. We doubt it all.
and that's a big piece of it right there. Burnout's not as simple as just burnout though. It's not
enough of a medical explanation and that's a whole other thing too. A lot of people don't get a
diagnosis now it's burnout. Doctor doesn't know what's wrong with the person. They get a brain
scan. Everything checks out okay. It's like you know I think you got burnout. That's what we think
you have. Take this drug. Take this medication right here for your you know for your brain.
Maybe it'll help with chemicals. Your chemicals are off in your brain, right? So you'll hear that
too. Alternative medicine still believes that autoimmune disease is the body attacking itself.
Did you hear what I said? Alternative medicine, I'm not talking about conventional medicine,
alternative medicine still believes that autoimmune is your body destroying itself.
But if you know medical medium information, you know, that's not true. Talked about that
medical medium books where you have all the information you need about that right so a
concept it adopted from conventional medicine don't you love that got conventional medicine
millions and millions of people are running away from conventional medicine
they're going to natural approaches but what people don't realize that even in natural medicine
Natural medicine has adopted conventional approaches.
One of those approaches is your body's destroying itself.
So if you have autoimmune, that means your body's destroying itself.
It doesn't mean that.
It's not real.
Autoimmune disease is real in a sense where it's real symptoms, real conditions, and real
causes behind it.
But the cause isn't your body letting you down and attacking itself.
So that's important to know.
You guys, we're reading right out of Brainsaver.
right here. So we got the brain saver book. Hope you have one. Check it out when you get a chance.
So burnout is very real. Alternative medicine tends to adopt the conventional medicine belief
systems. And that theory can flip into a lot of things. So here's what it is. Burnout is a
conventional belief system. Burnout. So that means that if you have a problem with your brain that's
developing and conventional medicine can't find an answer, they'll say you have burnout.
Alternative medicine, if they can't find an answer, they'll then take conventional
medicine's term burnout and say you have burnout. That's what happens with alternative medicine.
So it's a theory, but yet it is real to a degree, but there's nothing. There's no meat to the bone.
There's no underlying information. It's just you're burnt out. It's not, hey, you're missing
this, this, this, this, this inside your brain. And this is why, why, why, and this is what you
need to do. Both alternative and conventional medicine believe in essence that autoimmune is
your fault. Burnout is another term for it being your fault too. So this is what's interesting.
it. Okay. Once again, medical research and science, both conventional and alternative
want to blame you. Burnout falls on the person. You're weak. You can't handle life.
You can't handle anything. You obviously need a lot of vacation time when someone else doesn't
need any vacation time. They could just work, work, work, work, work, work, work, and go on and go on.
So burnout falls onto you. It falls onto the person, not, whoa, you got all these things
going on and we're going to tell you what it is. It's not your fault. You're a very strong person.
You're not a weak person. We're going to help you why and how. We're going to figure out what
this burnout is. It doesn't work like that. It just instantly says, boom, you got burnout.
Now, it's your fault. I'm sorry, but you're actually weak. You're a weak person. That's how
the industry is designed, both conventional and alternative, unfortunately. Both of them are
designed in that way to let it fall on the person, right? The implication is that you're just weak.
You can't handle the heat. You can't handle the heat, man. You can't. You're a little confused.
you're a little brain fogged. You're a little depressed. You're a little sad. Got a little
bit of a problem here and there. You're not that strong. What? You can't handle it? Can't handle
the heat. That's the bottom line. You need to take a vacation. You're inferior. And that's the
problem with burnout. Burnout is a diagnosis that's coming to town. It's getting more popular.
So what's happening is because the industries don't know what's happening inside the brain.
They don't know the cause of your symptoms. So burnout's this real easy one right now.
It's great at the doctor's office. It's like you go in there, you complain. Neurologist goes,
you know what? We're going to run a brain scan. We're going to look into everything.
And they get the report. Well, we don't see any brain tumors in your head and we don't see any
problems in your scan. I think you really need to go get some help in other ways. We can give you
this antidepressant or something like that and send you off on your merry way and you got burnout
and that's all. That's how the system's rigged. So let's get someone else to do all the jobs that
you used to do. Go take a break because you're too weak. You're inferior. You can't handle the heat.
Let's go find the person who's strongest.
And that's another problem that's happening.
It's not you're super strong.
You actually have a real problem underneath it all.
You won't hear that out there.
So you won't hear that.
So burnout is this easy way of putting the fault on the person.
And it happens all the time.
Here's what the journey of a burnout diagnosis can look like.
Why am I sick?
what's wrong with me where do I need to go oh phew it's all in my gut I found out it's just all in
my gut but I'm not getting better yet so what's wrong with me I tried all the gut stuff I did the
brain scans I did the MRIs I'm on my fifth doctor this probiotic and this parasite cleanse are not
helping. So what's really wrong with me? Oh, it's burnout. Okay, I finally got an answer.
That's where things are going now. That's getting very popular right now in the moment.
It's an answer that makes sense for about 10 seconds, maybe an hour. Maybe it makes sense
one day. After that, a burnout diagnosis doesn't feel so satisfying. Why am I burnt out?
you'll find yourself asking, how come I can't handle what someone else can handle? And that's
the problem too. It's like that person over there, they can do all kinds of stuff. Or I got a family
member that could do anything. They can lift this, do this, go these places, exercise, run here,
work, boom. They could do it all the way till midnight, get a little bit of sleep, start it
all over again. And then when I talk to that family member or friend or loved one or anybody
or some coworker. I'm like, I'm just, I don't know. I just don't have the motivation. Maybe
it's me. Maybe I'm not motivated. Maybe I need to be a better person or something.
And it's kind of like me because I got the MRI. I got the scans. I went to my fifth doctor.
I told my doctor all my symptoms over and over again. They did the blood work. I'm getting more
blood work done next week than getting blood work done every other week with this problem.
And I don't have an answer. It's burnout, but yet everybody else around me seems like they don't
have burnout. I'm driving down the road. Whoa, look at all those people eating in that restaurant,
sitting outside. They're all talking and everybody looks healthy and strong. No one has a problem.
That could run through your mind too. And that does. When somebody is dealing with any kind of
symptoms or conditions, it's neurological and they get a burnout diagnosis or not even get a burnout
diagnosis. Everybody else looks great. They all look great. It doesn't matter if they're not great,
they look great. So if you're in a crowd of people, it's like there's nothing wrong with
anybody in this crowd. No, they're not on medications. They're not on antiparesants.
They're not on anything. They look fine. Everything, everything looks fine. And that's
that happens when you start getting symptoms.
If you're fortunate enough to have the resources
to take a sabbatical or a week or two vacation,
it can help, it can,
but right when you get back into the saddle again,
it happens all over.
That happens to a lot of people.
You start to realize that burnout puts the attention
on the surface versus what's really happening deeper inside.
So what is happening deeper inside?
So it's back to that swimming pool.
Demand.
There's a great demand on your brain.
It comes from the outside world too.
It comes from pressures and stress of life
and then deficiencies that occur in our diet,
in everything we're up against.
Then exposures, chemicals and toxins
and bad things in our food,
exposures on all different levels.
it eventually adds up tips to scale. And then anything good you had in your brain,
anything good you had inside here in this tissue, this brain tissue is leaving faster
than anything good that's coming in. So it's almost like you're burning up all the good stuff,
all the great stuff and it's leaving and what's coming in isn't enough. And that's what's happening
to so many people. So that takes us to supply and demand. So let's take a look at Brainsaver. I want
to read this little part for you, supply and demand. Talk about that. The brain is a complex
electrical grid. As you know well by now, everything doesn't need to be perfect on that
electrical grid. We have room to play. And it's true. Nobody's brain is perfect. Nobody's physical
brain is perfect. There's room to play. Okay. We can have a mess in here to some degree.
There's room to play. Everything doesn't need to be perfect on the electrical grid. We have room
to play. If we have the supplies we need with the proper reserves, we have that room to make
mistakes and people make mistakes all the time. You guys, I see it out there all the time.
People are making mistakes, but they got room to play. One guy's drinking every single night,
some hard liquor, but it's functioning. He's not at the neurologist office. He's got room to play.
Another person's doing this other stuff. They're burning a candle at both ends. They're staying up
really late. They're working really hard. There's room to play. Another person is playing around
with recreational drugs and stuff like that in between throughout their life, they're still
functioning. They're still working. They're still going out and doing things. There's room to play.
Eventually that scale can tip, but there's some room to play.
It's when those supplies are low and they're low for too long, they're low for a long time,
that restoring the brain with what it needs for its expert functions doesn't happen in a day or
week. And that's the next problem. Once we dwindle down, once our brain eats up all the good stuff,
once our brain starts getting low and empty and stays empty for a long time, that's the whole
point, not stays empty for a day or two or a week, stays empty for a year, stays empty
for two years, stays empty for five years, stays on that bottom level of emptiness for
20 years, then boom, the signs start to show.
Once we see the signs, we're already deep in it.
We're already deep in shit.
Once we start seeing those signs, it's not just a little bit of a deficiency.
It's not just a little bit of a tank being low.
If we got the signs, if there's something going on that's not making us feel right or
feel perfect.
If we got something bugging us, if we have something that's making us go to someone else,
whether it's a friend or a loved one or family member, a doctor, a practitioner, a healer,
If we have a reason to have to go looking for someone like, oh, I'm going to look here.
I need to find this new psychiatrist.
I need to find this new therapist.
I need to find a new doctor.
I need, I need help.
I need help.
If we're looking, then the tank's been low for a very long time, not low for a week when
the signs are there.
And that's when the burnout shows itself.
You can get burnout along the way, sustain yourself.
You can get a little too burnt, bounce back, a little too burnt, bounce back.
Do you know anybody that you just burn out, you hit a wall and then boom, you need some
time off.
You need some days away from certain people.
You need some days away from this other thing.
You need some days away from certain stress.
And then you kind of come out of it.
Okay.
I can handle stuff.
take on that person. I can take on the world. I can take on things. And then you're going for a
few months and you're going for a few months and then happens all again. Now you're like,
oh my God, I'm done. I'm shutting down right now. I'm going to just kind of be a hermit for now.
I'm going to do very little. I can't handle drama. I can't handle emotional events.
I can't handle something that's going on. My stress has to, it's a little too high. I got
got to back down because the burnout showing itself. And then you recharge again.
You're back into it. Three more months. Then you crash and burn. That's the crash and burn situation.
If there's a history of crash and burn, that means burnout is in the works. There's already
a deficient brain for a very long time because the crash and burn is happening periodically in
your life. And as it's happening periodically in your life, that means the tank has been low
and then you're just recovering enough going for a little while. Then the tank is low. And then
here's the thing you might say, well, now I'm happy right now and things are going really good. And
you know, things are strong and it's going good. And then a little stress and, oh, you're back into
the crash and burn. And it can do this over and over again. But here's the thing. It could do
that for 20 years for people. It could do that for 25 years. It can do that for a long time.
And you're back in the saddle again of something's going on. I need to shut down.
But then comes the day when you don't bounce back and now you're stuck with something.
There's a symptom that's sticking.
And because it's sticking, now you're like, I have to go out and reach out and I have to go find help.
And I have to look around and I have to check to see things out.
And that's what happens.
So supply and demand is a big part of this.
Burnout is all about whether we can get it in faster than it leaves.
We got to get water into that swimming pool faster than it's leaving that swimming pool.
So we have to get the things our brain needs in faster than what's leaving.
That's what it's about right there.
Can we get more of these packages of goodness into the brain at a higher rate than packages
of goodness leaving the brain?
So that's important right there.
So what are our brains missing?
Let's go into that area a little bit.
the top three nutritional components that your brain relies upon are glucose, trace minerals,
and vitamin B12. So glucose, trace mineral salts, and vitamin B12. Those are the top three.
See, here's the thing. We lose those top three. We lose glucose inside the brain.
We lose trace mineral salts all the time inside the brain, and we eat up B12 really rapidly.
and we lose our b12 your brain also relies upon supplies of critical brain hormones which we burn
out we burn brain hormones out so quick with just a little stress we can burn brain hormones out
with just play too much play proper hydration is something that we're lacking all the time too and
And that's another thing we walk around chronically dehydrated.
It's not like everybody's like taking care of themselves to the point where they're getting the right electrolytes in.
They're getting the right hydration in.
They're getting the right stuff they need to keep that hydration strong.
We're missing specific amino acids that we need.
Antioxidants, macro minerals such as magnesium and potassium too.
And the potassium thing's crazy.
It's like there's people out there who's like, don't eat a banana.
It's too much potassium.
My potassium is too high. Meanwhile, potassium is one of those critical
macro minerals that runs the brain. That's a big deal all on its own.
Phytochemical compounds, coenzymes, alkaloids. There's alkaloids on our plant foods
that we don't know about. Science and research doesn't know about.
Alkaloids that are critical for the brain. Brain alkaloids. Very advanced information.
Anthocyanins, antiviral and antibacterial compounds.
Our brain needs antibacterial compounds and antiviral compounds.
Polyphenols, deficiencies in these essentials of the brain functions are rampant in the world, so we're deficient.
We walk around with all these deficiencies of everything I just listed right there.
now when it comes out when it comes down to this world and how we live here
we get burned out for a lot of reasons addiction that's a big one all in its own
addiction itself could mean we have a deficient and burnout brain from the start right from the
beginning when we're born and we're like and we're a baby we can have addiction start really
early on because we can have that deficient burnt out brain coming into this world as a baby.
It could even happen then. So here's the thing too. So many people have phobias. They have OCD.
They have depression. They have focus and concentration issues. We're dealing with
deficiencies and a burnt out brain with all of that happening. But burnout doesn't really
occur as far as a diagnosis if you're somebody with OCD. You have to kind of with burnout,
you have to have really mild symptoms for a doctor to be like, well, we can't find anything.
We can't really give you a big diagnosis. So now we can just say burnout. But really,
it can lead to anything in the end. So
So I got the brain saver protocols right here. So we're going to move on
and we're going to do the burnout stabilizer. I'm excited about this. Now
the burnout stabilizer is a brain shot therapy and I'm really excited about this one because
I can't wait to send it down. Now I work a lot of hours. I work really hard. I'm doing a lot of work.
I'm out there always doing something, right? I don't sleep that much, not because I'm not
able to sleep because I'm trying to utilize every single hour of the day.
So I like burnout stabilizer because I feel like I'm protecting myself from burnout. So that's why
I like it right now. So I'm using the burnout stabilizer a lot. It's a brain shot therapy
is what it is. It's one of the 30 brain shots. So here's what I like about the burnout stabilizer.
Okay. You're feeling pushed past your limit. Have you ever felt like you're being pushed
past your limit? Is that something that's ever occurred to you? Have you ever felt that
internally? Like, Whoa, got to put on the brakes. Like I'm definitely getting pushed
past my limit here. Okay. So that's one thing right there. And I'm reading these right out of
here. So there you go, you guys. That's the shot right there. That's the burnout stabilizer.
The next one is you need a recharge. How many times have you felt like you needed to recharge?
So a lot of people are like, okay, I need to recharge here. Great time to use the brown
stabilizer. You feel like you're missing something that your body needs. I've heard people say that
all the time. It's like, I'm missing something. Like my body needs something. My body needs that
pizza. Maybe because I'm craving it. So my body, I think needs that pizza. My body needs that
double bacon cheeseburger with some kind of cheese sauce on top. That's like, cause you know what,
that's what I'm really craving. So my body needs it. My body needs some buffalo chicken wings.
My body needs whatever. Like, you know what I mean? Everybody's always saying that doesn't
mean that's what your body needs. But anyway, the point is, is you're still feeling like,
well, maybe my body needs something. This is a good time to do the burnout stabilizer.
I think that's a better option than some of the options that people do when they think their body
needs something. Okay. Or you feel like you're running on empty. How about that one? Because a
lot of people do feel like they're running on empty all the time. It's like, I'm just getting
by. I feel like I'm constantly running on empty. You've given so much of yourself. Have you done
that? Cause I've done this. You've given so much of yourself that you feel you have nothing more
to give. It's like, I'm going to give you everything I can, everything, you know, and you
like there's nothing more in me. Did you ever get to that point in life somewhere along the way,
you're trying to maybe help somebody help rebuild them emotionally. You're trying to really help
them get through. You're like, I'm pouring my heart out and that's my heart beating in my hand
right here, but I have nothing more to give. Or you're just beaten down by something along the
way. And it's like, I got nothing more to give. There's nothing there. Or maybe you're just
overworked. How about if we keep it simple? How about if we keep it basic? It's like, dude,
I'm just overworked. Get the burnout stabilizer, send it down. You've been running on caffeine to
gain focus and energy. Whoa. That's a big one right there. Can't even tell you how much I see
that out there. Everybody's jacked up. They're jacked up on caffeine to push through. If you
You got to be on caffeine to push through.
If you have to be on caffeine to even function, get the burnout stabilizer in you.
Critical.
Get the burnout stabilizer in you if that's what you have to do.
And a lot of people do that.
You're be, oh, here's one.
You feel your short circuiting are falling apart.
You feel like you're short circuiting.
So many people, they feel like if they're pushed too far, they short circuit.
Their brain short circuits.
just like, they get the short circuit going up. You're becoming allergic to work or allergic to
others around you. Have you ever been allergic to someone that had an allergy to someone? I'm not
talking about what they're wearing. I'm not talking about any kind of chemicals coming off
the clothes. That doesn't help. I'm not talking about anything like that. You're allergic to
obviously them because you've been through a lot with them and you just need a break. It happens.
It happens. So you're just like, oh my God, it's just, there's so much going on with this person
that I just need a little time away possibly. And then I could recharge somehow because I think I'm
getting allergic. You feel like you're losing or missing a part of yourself. How about that one?
That's a great reason to take out, to take out the book and do the burnout stabilizer.
If you feel like you're losing a part of yourself, it's like I lost, I feel like I'm losing my soul.
I feel like I'm losing a piece of myself. You feel like, or you can't seem to focus
because you feel exhausted on all levels. You can't focus. Do you ever get to that point where
it's hard to focus, but you can focus on things that are interesting a little bit. You can focus
on things that are kind of like mindless in a way, kind of fun. We can focus on that a little
bit, but you can't focus on something else. Like you can't focus on paperwork. You can't focus on
something complicated. You can't focus on something that needs to be done or a chore. That's really
kind of daunting or something, a task. Instead, you can focus on other things, you know, that
seem to be kind of easy on the brain or almost a little fun, but you can't focus on anything else
that happens too. That's when the burnout stabilizer comes into gear. That's when it
happens right there. So let's make the burnout stabilizer, right? It's on page 228 of the
protocols book right here. So let's go into it. I'm into the brain shot therapy. I wanted to show
you what it looks like really quick. That's the brain shot therapy section right there.
And I'm reading out of it a little bit. And I just want to remind you guys,
the medical mean brain shot therapy offers instant relief. That's the whole point for it.
because here's the key in order to get out, to get that burnt out deficient brain back,
back to working, back to restored, you got to do some work, right?
But we need something to help happen faster to get it there. What I love about the brain shot
therapies is it like the quick speed. It's like turning it up, turning the dial up,
making things happen faster, instant relief, offering things to help fix the problem,
but at the same time offering relief while you're working on other things. And that's the big part
of it. That's the part I love about the brain shot therapy. So if you got the burnout going on,
you do the burnout stabilizer to get that quick hit, to make sure you're upping the game,
making sure you're actually getting that instant relief while you're doing the other stuff too.
that's what's incredible about it all together so you have the burnout
stabilizer right now so let's go in and go into it let's get working on it so we
got the juicer out because this is the time to use it we're doing I got a
shot glass I got a different one this time different shot glass out here I
I like this one. So I love making these. I gotta tell you guys, I just absolutely love making these.
And the flavor is so unique with each one of them. They're not designed for unique flavor. It happens
naturally, which is really awesome. So let's get started. Half piece of fresh ginger. So that's
first right half inch
so we're getting our fresh ginger out we got our ginger right here
we got a piece of ginger right there perfect i'm gonna do about
nice little section there
turn on the juicer
Okay, we got that running through it there. Now we need some pea shoots. Now if you can't
find pea shoots, get a micro green. We're going to do a quarter cup of tightly packed
pea shoots. That's what we're going to use. So we're going to, that's about a quarter
cup right there. A little bit more. Do a half cup of that. Then we're going to do a half cup
tightly packed alfalfa sprouts. And what I usually do is I tightly pack
those in my hand like that. You can put them right in a measuring cup.
Half cup of those.
Now we're going to do some dragon fruit. Next. Okay. So quarter cup. This is frozen pitaya,
frozen dragon fruit, the red one right there. So I'm going to drop a quarter cup in there.
of these. Okay that should do it. Perfect. And then two raw stalks of asparagus. Medium
stalks, there's really thin, thin stalks right. You don't want those and there's fat
one so that would be a little less. But you're looking at two medium
stalks. So there's one right there of raw asparagus. Okay. And then a half stalk of celery.
Break that up a little bit. Send that in. Perfect. This shot is being made.
Let it do its thing.
I'm excited.
I'm going to just move this around here on top of the screen.
I'm going to kind of send its way through.
Okay.
I'm about to have the stabilizer, the burnout stabilizer, poured right in here.
the rest in
I'm going to set it down
I can't describe it
I mean when you experience it though
because the information to make this comes from above. This is not man-made. It's not like I'm
trying to make a fancy juice or something or grab a bunch of things and try to flavor something up,
like flavor up a juice. That's not what this is. Or I'm not trying to make a green juice. That's
not it at all. This is specifically geared for this, for burnout. There's a reason these
synergistically come together like this from above and they're chosen. And I've had this one
a bunch of times since the books, right? And it never disappoints. And what I recommend is,
and it's what I've done just recently when I made this a bunch of times,
I recommend is sitting down somewhere and just chilling out and think about what this is doing
to restore the brain, to restore burnout, to stabilize the brain, to restore deficiencies too.
Just think about what it's doing for you and just sit down with a little meditation to this.
And you could sip it slowly too.
It's so powerful.
All the phytochemical compounds that work together with each ingredient is what really makes this work.
and every time I have it, I feel like I'm ready to take on things even more, right?
Burn the candle at four ends. That's what I always say.
It's so good. So what I recommend with the burnout stabilizer is actually chilling out.
Sit somewhere, relax, and then enjoy it. Little sips. Don't send it all down. You can send it
all down one shot. I recommend nursing this one for sure. Now there are over 30 brain shots
in the medical medium books, right? Brain shot therapies, but there's seven different brain
shot therapy cleanses, which is incredible in the medical medium brain books. Now I got to tell you
guys, these are packed with information. I can only cover so much in the brain saver challenge.
I'm literally just covering a couple of paragraphs in these books.
So if you're getting some information out of the Brainsaver Challenge right now, right, we're on day three, realize that that's just literally a couple of paragraphs of information that we're doing here.
That's all it is.
And it's just a tremendous amount of information.
Books are really heavy.
They're packed.
just letting you know. And it, there you go. And the books have more in there besides brain
shot therapy. I cover over a hundred different symptoms, conditions in detail of the causes.
I cover over 300 symptoms and conditions and protocols for them to what to do. There's also
the heavy metal detox, but here's the other thing is the medical medium advanced heavy metal detox
in these books, which is a really big deal. So because what's happening, the world is changing
and changing. And a lot of people have so much metal inside their brain, deep in the tissue,
that they may choose to do the advanced cleanse. There's seven heavy metal detox cleanses in these
books on top of it. And the shock therapies as well. There's nine medical medium shock therapies.
I know you guys know about the vitamin C shock therapy, the medical medium vitamin C shock therapy.
You guys know about, many of you guys know about the medical medium zinc shock therapy
that so many people have said has saved them in so many different dire situations.
Well, there's nine medical medium shock therapies in the Brainsaver books.
All I can tell you is if you do pick up a copy sometime, prepare for one thing.
for your mind to be blown. And when you try the burnout stabilizer or any of the medical
medium shock therapies, right? Or brain shock therapies, you will be mind blown because it's
about moving forward. And there's a very large chapter in one of these books,
eating disorder chapter, which is really, really detailed. The information is so detailed in there.
that's something to really take a look at if you get a chance. There's an anxiety chapter,
Alzheimer's chapter, dementia chapter, depression chapter, but that's just that.
The books have way more than that. You guys, this concludes day three of the Medical Media
Brainsaver Challenge. Get ready for tomorrow. Day four, because that one is called Your Soul's
Voice. Get ready for that one, because it's going to be incredible. I'll see you guys there.
you
